Aspects made to natal planets by transiting planets are the basis of horoscopic predictions. If nothing else, the Moon, moving so quickly, is bound to make some aspect to a natal planet, however brief and ephemeral. The nature of the planets transiting through signs and houses of the natal chart is worth some consideration as well.
