What do you think will happen to Kaname Kuran in Vampire Knight? and does he truly love Yuki?

Currently i just finished reading the manga to Vampire Knight so im quite surprised that my "dream guy" kaname has gone kinda physco. i cant wait till the next one is released ... so i wanna hear your predictions. and im kinda confused on Kaname's past i read it like five times but its still kinda confusing.? so can someone kindly explain it to mi. and does he truly love Yuki. and wat it the thing he said in the Manga that he has to something before he can come back .P.s give mi ur predictions
