How to take care of baby pakistani parrot?

i bought to baby parrots who are only about a month old.the shopkeeper advised me to give them cerelac.should i continue giving that or is there something better i can give them??i also have another pakistani parrot who is almost 2 months.is it okay if i keep him with these two?will he fight?i tried keeping the three together but they were pulling at each others beak..is it normal or are thet fighting??and i also would like to know how can i train them to talk and anything else i should be knowing about them...
