Crush on shopkeeper, need help?

Recently a shop has opened and the man who owns it constantly winks and waves and whistles at me when im walking past, ive only been in the shop once which was two days ago and hes been round here for two months. When i went in he completely ignored me. I have a thing for playing hard to get so it made me attracted to him even more. The day after he waved at me and beeped when he went past in his car. Hes older than me but im not sure how much older. Considering he can drive etc and owns a shop i can imagine its 5yrs+. Any advice on how to find out where i stand?
