144000 of 12 tribes of Israel are sealed....then a multitude from every nation. Why do some Christians want...?

to take the place of the 144000 from the tribes of Israel and not sit back and be part of the great multitude from all nations? Both groups are seen together during the sealing. To me, this is beyond fathomable. Why interpret the Scripture this way when nothing supports the interpretation? Didn't the Jehovah's witnesses claim the number, and predict Christ's coming when their church reached 144000? How can this church be so arrogant and know so little? And how disheartening is it to see churches like this one will not confess their fallacy even after failed predictions? They twist, and they spin, and they spiritualize failed events away. Always something that actually happened which we just did not see. And why in the world would God choose Jehovah's Witnesses over any denomination....especially ones which are more scripturally sound and admit shortcomings? Someone please tell me why this church believes itself to be the elite? Because I see nothing to suggest it, only failed prophecies which are covered and spun.
