What are some good anime?

I suggest looking in to Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Deadman Wonderland, One Piece, Naruto (the original and Shippuden) and Fairy Tail. With the exception of Deadman Wonderland, those are mostly more mainstream anime, but they're still very good if you ask me and do relate to some of the ones you've listed.
