yes polythene bags are still in use no matter how strict is law , people doesn't care about that , they look for easy and convenience , they think that why should we take bag when shopkeeper gives it . so like this polythene are still in use , so only one possible way to eradicate to polythene is shopkeeper should stop providing bags printed their shop name in order to promote business. then only we can stop polythene
