Why do Christians adapt Pagan traditions, beliefs and rituals as their own but condemn Pagans?

Christians wanted everyone to be brainwashed and conquered. It's easier to make people believe you are right if it sounds similiar to what you already know. They turned pagan symbols into christian symbols. they let the natives keep something similiar to their old traditions, then added christian bullshit to it.
